Notes

Sunday, October 15, 1769: "We two said Mass, commending to God the sick persons, who were feeling rather better... After half a league's travel we came to an arroyo with a good volume of water..." Bolton's footnote identifies this as Corralitos Creek. Same source/caveats as the rest of this batch — from my personal copy of Bolton's 1927 edition of Crespi's diaries.
